The town wanted a record of its annual picnic that felt like the day itself rather than a highlight package. JDF Productions filmed and edited the piece, working handheld across a moving crowd to stay out of the way of it.
The cut favors the small moments over the staged ones, with natural sound carried through so the recap plays as warmly on a town channel as it does on social.
